PRINCETON, NJ -- SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) has announced an agreement to acquire Compliance and Ethics Learning Solutions Corp, which trades as Midi, for a purchase price of $45 million. The acquisition adds significant scale to SAI’s compliance business, specifically in the North American market. It also adds a number of referenceable blue chip clients as a solid base from which to increase the scale of company operations. Midi will become a part of SAI's Global Compliance Division. The transaction is scheduled to close January 19, 2007.
